529 Plan and Tuition Reimbursement

We are in the process of considering adding the 529 plan as a benefit to our employees. I'm curious to know how many companies out there sponsor this plan? Also, once this plan is in use, how does it work in conjunction with the company's tuition reimbursement plan?
