Sign-On Bonuses

We are a community mental health center with offices in central and west central Indiana. In some of our locations, we are having a hard time attracting quality professional therapists. We are looking at the possibility of offering sign-on bonuses for those positions in those hard-to-fill locations. Does anybody have a sign-on bonus policy that they would be willing to share.
