Temporary employees on payroll and benefits

We have 4 temporary employees on our payroll doing work for our client. They were hired as temporary, working 40 hours a week.
Are we required to give them the opportunity to enroll in our benefits if they remain with us over 90 days?
We are a Washington business that offers benefits to our Full Time employees.
Please advise.

FYI - I would make it my policy not to keep anyone as a temporary for longer than 6 months.
