Manager Vacation Policy

Do you have a separate vacation policy for senior executives or managers or exempt employees? Or, a policy based on salary grade levels? I'm looking for policies that give paid vacation based on something other than years of service.

Our senior managers get five days over and above the published schedule for employees.

We give salaried personnel two weeks per year from the start , while hourly workers get one week.
