We are a company located in Missouri, Illinois and Arkansas, with the corporate office in Missouri. There are 14 subsidiaries of our company, each with a different Federal ID number. Our insurance agent has told our VP of Finance that we cannot cover our companies who have different federal ID numbers under the same health insurance policy. I have never heard of this and wondered if anyone can help me with this. Is this a law in Missouri? Thanks.
