Is there a time requirement for a two state (AZ and NV) company of over 50 employees to notify employees of a payment change in benefits; i.e., an increase in employee contribution for medical insurance premiums?

Ditto for Georgia. Just found out we will be changing to a new insurance provider in October, which may also involve a change in employees' premiums.

Ditto for Arkansas.

Problem is, renewals tend not to be rated until the last minute, no more than one month prior to renewal.

Aside from the obvious employee relations issue of giving employees sufficient notice to plan for an increase in premiums, I don't believe there's any statuatory requirement for announcing a premium increase.
