Business Modeling Software????

HELP! Does anyone have any experience in developing a business model for benefits (or any other related aspect of a business) in something like the Micrografx Optima software? I am trying to develop a series of "what if" scenarios regarding changes in benefits, wages, etc. and I figure that somewhere, someone has done this before me.
From what I have turfed up so far, it looks like the Optima program might be able to do this, but I would greatly appreciate any suggestions.
