LAST EDITED ON 06-20-01 AT 07:11PM (CST)[p]I have been asked to develop a policy regarding company sponsored country club memberships for executive level associates.
Can anyone share with me any policies or best practices they have experienced regarding company sponsored country club memberships for VP and above.
I am sure that some companies will reimburse up to a certain dollar amount per month, or perhaps a company will strike a deal with a local country club for a lower than usual membership rate. Is there a standard for monetary limits and what is the norm for who would be eligible for this benefit? Is this benefit usually offered to only Sr. VP level and above or would it be appropriate to offer this benefit to VP level.
Any help would be appreciated.
Thank you
