Hello:
I have an employee who works in one our offices in San Diego and is leaving for Maternity Leave. How do you determine which employees in CA are eligible (under the CA Family Rights Act) to recive 6 weeks paid leave..the 55% of their wages during their absence, up to a maxium of $728.00 per week.
