Periodic Leave

One of our managers took off approx. 2 weeks for problems stemming from a broken foot. She has been working part time since July and we are paying her just for the hours worked even tho she is salary. She is also receiving part time disability pay.

She has asked me to send her more forms so it looks like she will be requesting more full time leave. My question: Can I count the hours that she isn't working towards her 480 hours? If I do this, she is past her limit by about 100 hours. As an example: If she worked 5 hours one day I count 3 hours towards her 480/hr limit. Am I figuring this right?
