FMLA decertification

Our organization has lost associates from both attrition and layoff. We went from an associate population of 51 (over past several years) to 42 (since March 2008). At some point, we no longer need to offer FMLA to associates.

Does anyone know how the time frame works for those companies who go below and stay below the 50 employee rule??
