Benefits during FMLA

With the recent change in FMLA regs allowing 26 weeks to care for ill or injured spuose,child, parent or "next of kin" etc. etc. I'm assuming that we must also continue benefits for that amount of time as well? Anyone know for sure?

Whoa, back the cart up, the changes are for military families, not civilian employees. I would assume that as long as the employee continues to pay their portion of the premium, you would continue benefits.

I assumed that as well, and thank you, I am aware the change is for military family members, but did not include in my post. I'll be more specific next time.
