Just to avoid looking through a million Forum topics, I would like to know how many days an employee has to file a complaint at the Fed level for an FMLA violation. I thought it was 300 calendar days. Is that correct?

300 days is the deadline for filing charges of discrimination at the EEOC that are also covered by state antidiscrimination laws. So that may be why that number popped into your head.
