Our Holiday policy requires ees work day before and after to receive pay.
An employee was FMLA reasons to be off both of those days.
Should he get holiday pay or not???

In general, FMLA requires that an employee receive the same benefits they normally would have, had they been working.
I believe the employee needs to be paid.
