FMLA & Insubordination

This is one for the recordbooks. Have a nurse manager who has been out on FMLA for 4 weeks for a psyhological issue. Her physician stated she could come back to work for 4 hours a day and then back full time after a week.

She had not been at work 10 minutes before she had an altercation with a physician over a very mundane thing and ended up calling him an A**hole in a very public area.

The physician does not want her working with him and we have no other positions to put her in.

There is no excuse for calling anyone this type of name. Do any of you see any issues with a termination. I believe she crossed the line.
