If an employee is an exempt employee (contracted salary employee) and their FMLA leave exceeds their benefit days, do we need to adjust their contract?

FMLA is an exception to the DOL rules on exempt employees. You can deduct from the employee's pay even for 1 hour of qualified FMLA leave.
