Seizures on the job-injury waiting to happen...

Colorado here again - one of our managers has some sort of condition in which he has occasional seizures (he is on meds but the seizures still occur sometimes). He recently had one while sitting in his office, fell and cut his head but wasn't seriously injured, thank goodness. I am concerned he could be though; wondering if he were to be injured (say a broken arm)during a seizure while at work - would it be work comp - what do you think?

Absolutely. The same as it would be covered if you were to tip out of your chair and injure yourself. His medical condition does not preclude his rights under your state workers' comp laws.
