Bronchitis

Need some advice. I have a Room Attendant at our hotel who has had several bouts of bronchitis over the years. She just brought in a doctor's note stating that her medical condition is likely related to exposures at work. Since she has had bronchitis in the past, it may be exacerbated by the cleaning chemicals with which she works, but it is not necessarily caused by them. She has not asked to file a claim for worker's comp, but based on the note from her doctor, he may be leading her in that direction. What should I do? I don't want to encourage her to file for disability. Up to this point, we have been treating her lost time as medical leave.

Any ideas?
