Recommendations for pre-employment physical companies?

Hi,
We are expanding across the nation, and are currently using US Healthworks for our pre-employment physicals and injury facilities. They do not have locations where we are expanding.
Does anyone have any recommendations for a great company that covers the East coast? We have been looking at Concentra, but aren't too impressed with their customer service so far.
