Maternity Laeve

We have less than 35 employees.

An employee who began with us in 5/2003, since July she has been in and out due to complication from her pergancy. Her Doctor has put her on disability, with her due date 3/2004. Are we oblidated to hold her job? If yes, Are we obligated to pay her health insurance or other benefits? OR do we terminate with no implications or concerns?
