I agree with HRinCA. Comp can be run in tandem with FMLA and ALWAYS SHOULD BE in order to protect the employer's interest. Comp/FMLA/ADA are not exclusive and should always be run concurrently. One triggers the other. Figuring out the labyrinth is the challenge for you.
