Vacation pay while on Worker's Comp

Can anyone direct me to the laws for NJ on worker's comp? The question is this:

If an employee previously scheduled vacation time, but hurts themselves on the job before they go and this injury is causing them to miss work, do you keep the vacation on the payroll or take it off?

    In Washington, if an employee is entitled to vacation & you make them use it while injured, the employee can go back to L&I and get some of that money back in the form of time loss. Contact your worker comp. carrier immediately to find out more. (In WA state, we don't get to choose carriers, we have either the state program or we can go self-funded.)
