Law Against Discrimination (LAD)

Has anyone heard of the Law Against Discrimination (LAD) and, if so, can you tell me where I can learn more about it? It was referred to recently in a New Jersey Supreme Court case where morbid obesity is recognized as a handicap under LAD.

The New Jersey Law Against Discrimination is a New Jersey state law that applies to New Jersey employers/employees.

- Log in from our home page [url]www.hrhero.com[/url] (Member Login in upper right corner).
