fragrance-free policy

Does anyone have any information on implementing a fragrance-free policy?
What problems are faced with having a policy and not having a policy?
What would constitute reasonable accommodations for asthmatics?

  • I'd rather deal with it on a case-by-case basis instead of implementing a policy. Everything depends on the specific situation.

And I'd avoid language like "reasonable accommodation." That implies that the person is disabled under the ADA, which may or may not be true for a run-of-the-mill case of asthma.
