Childcare Industry Employee Training Resources

I am relatively new to the Childcare industry, (was in hospitality in my previous life) and am starting from scratch in setting up an Employee Safety program. My W/C carrier has supplied me with templates for OSHA written programs, but has nothing to offer in the way of safe lifting guidelines, etc., specific to our industry.
I can't seem to find industry specific materials anywhere - the videos all focus on lifting of inanimate objects, not squirming children ages 6 weeks to 12 years, some with special needs. Most common employee injuries are lumbar strain, trip/fall. Big issue is housekeeping and general awareness of employee safety.
We have 16 schools with 12 to 35 employees per location. Brief videos seem to be the best place to start, as I won't be able to attend every meeting at every school. Anyone have any suggestions?
