Work Stress ??

In the state of Nevada, can you make a valid worker's compensation claim for being ill due to too much stress on the job? I know in the early 90's that this was a big issue in California and I even had one subordinate file a claim because I was working her to death........AMAZING !!!! NO this is not another one of my subordinates, but I see one coming in another department.
