Is anyone aware if the following would qualify for WC?

If an employee dies of natural causes while not "on the clock" but any other time would be in the course of a work day, does that qualify as a worker's compensation situation?

    My understanding is, in my state, a death occuring while not at work, not connected with the job, is not going to be comp. Was he on vacation, left the facility for lunch, got sick at work and left? Was it in some way aggravated by work? Death is usually one for an attorney to sort through. You can bet the spouse will have hers.
