Forklifts and medication

We are a distribution company with a warehouse facility. We do use a forklift each and every day. We have an employee who takes anti-depressants and from time to time other employees may be on pain medication. What are the guidelines for driving a forklift? Should these employees be allowed to drive the forklift while taking these meds? Help!! Thank you in advance!!
