Worker's Compensation - wages

System

I have an employee that's requested wages for time spent outside of normal work hours at the Doctor's office for follow-up treatment of a minor work-related injury. I realize we must compensate lost time from work for treatment, as well as mileage, however this is another issue. Do we have to pay for this time? If so, is travel time to Doctor also included?
