EE Returned from pregnancy leave, now child needs medical care

One of our employees has just returned from having a baby. Now the baby needs medical care. How do I charge the time? Employee has already taken 368 hours with 112 hours left. Since this is a seperate issue, will we need to count the time away beginning at 480 hours or will the employee be allowed only the 112 hours that she has left?
