reduced hours FMLA

This employee has been salaried and due to her cancer treatments we've reduced her to 75% (for example), I've been tracking the remaining 25% that she is not working for FMLA, (for example, was working a 8 hr day and is now working 6 hours), but I'm also trying to locate addl info that may address this situation. Can anyone share their experiences or direct me to good info?

So,if I'm reading you correctly, you are charging her 2 hours day intermittent leave for her treatments? This seems like an appropriate way to handle this. FMLA does allow employers to charge otherwise salaried individuals time away from the workplace for qualified events.
