PA FMLA?

Is there a state FMLA type regulation in PA? We recently purchased a company there and I need to know if I must bone up on some state leave regulation.

Welcome to Pennsylvania! PA has no additional regulations added on to the FMLA. Employers in PA follow the basic FMLA regulations as set forth by the Federal Government. PA does not, as a rule, tend to elaborate on existing Federal Labor Law, as I've noticed, through various postings on the Forum, do other states such as California, New York, etc.
