Medical release to return part-time

[font size="1" color="#FF0000"]LAST EDITED ON 10-24-03 AT 08:37AM (CST)[/font][p]We have a full-time employee who has taken 10 weeks of her FMLA leave due to psychological problems. I received a letter dated 10/21 from her physcologist releasing her for partial duty working no more than 3 days per with the expectation of her returning to full time status soon.
1. Since this reduced work schedule is required by her medical provider do we have to bring her back as a part-time employee & allow interminent leave until the 12 weeks are exhuasted?

2. How should any intermittent leave be calculated?
