We have an EE who just went out due to a hysterectomy, should I be issuing FMLA? I am new to this so sorry if this is an obvious questions, which I think it is x:D

Most definitely, if they qualify. Remember, to qualify the employee must have been employed for 1 year and have worked 1250 hours for your company.
