The 12 y.o. daughter of an ee has medical problems which the doctors can not seem to diagnose. I have placed the ee on FMLA leave and have received doctor's certificate of health which states "intermitting abdominal pain" and the regime of treatment is indicated as "testing 1-2 months". So do we have a qualifying ilness here based on the physician filling out the cert.? Your thoughts please.
