EE has presented medical certification stating she has chronic generalized anxiety disorder, duration is probably long term, continuing treatment involves medication and therapy every 2 weeks. I think this is FMLA but wondering if anyone else has experienced and how you've ruled?

Yes indeed, generalized anxiety is a first cousin to depression and often means the same thing, according to my medical sources. It is an FMLA qualifier.
