Within the next several months our company will reach that dreaded number of 50 employees. I would like some feedback from anyone who has experience with FMLA software and whether it is beneficial in the implementation of FMLA. Recommendations are welcome.

    There's a new software program that coordinates FMLA, ADA and Workers Comp written by some attorneys. In the spirit of full disclosure, M. Lee Smith Publishing distributes it. If you will call me, I'll put you in touch with someone who can talk with you about it. I worked through the demo and it's very good.
