Underage Patrons in Restaurant after 10pm

We have a restaurant with a bar area that after 10 pm has bands. Is there a law that states under age patrons have to be out of the restaurant by 10PM?

We stop serving food at 10PM.

We currently have someone at the door at 10 PM checking ID's and using a stamp to distinguish underage patrons, but we are not sure this is the best solution.
