Management Titles: Non-Profit Association

Hello Everyone:
I've been asked to research what titles other associations are using for their middle to upper management.
We have 116 employees and our management titles are: supervisor, manager and director. Director is the highest level and considered to be a senior staff position.
We would like to create another level higher than director but not Vice President or Chief. I was thinking "Senior Director", but my CEO wanted to see what titles other organizations have.
Can anyone help me with this? We would really appreciate knowing what other structures look like.
Thanks in advance for your comments.

Ours are like yours, except we did away with the supervisory title last year. So now it is Manager, Director and one General Manager who is our CEO.
Thanks for your response. I was wondering if Associate Administrators and Administrator is a higher level than your Directors?
