We are looking for software to track our training. We are manufacter and need to maintain a training system that will remind us when to retrain to meet specifications. Any recommendations?

We track annual training through an Access database. I designed a table by ee name with required training and last training date. At end of every month I pull a report for all training due the following month. It has worked very well for us.

We used access also. We tracked by what was trained but hadn't though of looking at it from the other side.
