I'm restructuring the HR function and want to assess several of my HR professionals - recruiting/hiring; benefits knowledge; compensation, etc. I'm familiar with Brainbench but haven't used it. Has anyone used Brainbench?

If not Brainbench, are there other HR skills assessments available? Also looking for career interest, personality assessments, etc.
