Video Resumes?

Well, I've just finished reading an interesting article about the advent of video resumes.
I'm curious if any of you have received video resumes, or if you have a policy on whether you accept them or not.
The thrust of the article was the pros and cons of accepting them in terms of whether or not they make it easier to discriminate based on visible characteristics or make it easier for folks actively looking for a more diverse pool of candidates. There was also discussion about how it was important to be extra careful about the final product, as a poorly edited video could come out looking unprofessional or self-indulgent.
What next, I wonder? A holograph of the candidate shooting out of your computer? Amazing!

Then again, what else are you supposed to do with that video you made to get on Survivor?
Holy cow! What a mistake! She's pictured smoking pot, there's a photo of two tattoos labeled "left cheek" and "right cheek", and her mini-blog notes that a perfect day is sneaking out to the warehouse during lunch and having a quickie with one of the dock workers.
I don't know whether to pretend I never saw the resume or to hire her to be my assistant.
Right?
