Business Continuity/Disaster Recovery Plan

Our COO has scheduled a meeting for us to brainstorm what an organization should have in place in the event of catastrophe, like the building burns down to the ground. So, what HR files should be duplicated and reside offsite, where there exists a list of EEs names and home contact info, how we would accomplish payroll and other business functions, how we would set up temporary operations somewhere to continue baseline business functions, who is essential personnel and what that means, etc.

Does anyone have a sample plan, or an idea of where to start reasearching this?
