I have gotten some information on the new EEO-1 requirements, but have been unable to find out if the same will apply to EE0-4. I'd think that they would, but would like official confirmation before I call our tech support.

What is the EEO-4? I'm not familiar with it.

I'm sorry, I should have clarified. It is collected on years from State and local governments.

Sorry I can't answer your question but the new EEO-1 categories are not being applied to the OFCCP categories so there is a chance that the EEO-1 may not come in line with the EEO-4.

Last year we received new instructions with our EEO-1 material. I'm surprised they didn't include anything with the EEO-4 material too. Perhaps a telephone call will answer your questions. They were very helpful on the phone with some questions I had on the new EEO-1 categories.
