Motivational Programs/Rewards

We are interested in establishing a 'motivational reward program' for our employees. Do any of you have such a program and would you share with me? I am looking for things like:
Raffle Tickets: Quarterly - Distribute raffle tickets for prizes at quarterly meetings (products, gift Certificate, etc.).
Star Award: Monthly – Production - Each department nominates a ‘Star employee of the month’ giving the reason for the nomination. Winner receives an inexpensive award. (movie tickets, hats, shirt, etc.)
Contest: Contests between departments???
