Any experience you want to share on developing and implementing HR measures and metrics for the organization?
There is going to be a HR conference in Orlando, FL on the subject in March. It's called the 5th Annual HR Measures, Metrics and Analytics Summit. It will be presented by the ASMI (American Strategic Management Institute). Has anyone here attended the previous conference hosted by the group? Was the information presented in the conference useful?

Seriously, I was also curious if to see such a conference would provide efficient methods for producing measures and metrics, and disappointed there were no other responses.
