HSA Administering Landmines?

Open enrollment is coming up and are thinking about letting employees know that they can set up an HSA (on their own with an outside company) and we will deduct the $ amount (pre-tax) and deposit it into their HSA account (just like a direct deposit). Or at least, that is what I'm being told is all we have to do... very easy on our part. ??? I'm wondering if that is the truth?
:-) Do any of you do this and are there any other "administering" problems/concerns that I need to be aware of - any landmines? Thanks for any input you can give me!
