Is it legal in Kansas for an employee to record a meeting with their supervisor, including an evaluation, without the supervisor's knowledge?

I believe in Kansas only one person has to know that they are being recorded.

Don't know about Kansas,but I had an ee demand to record a counseling session once and rather than have a "knock-down-drag-out" fight on our hands, I said sure, in fact I think I too will record the meeting and did. Never heard a word about it after the initial meeting.
