Harassment - Spokane Washington

I have a client in Ohio who has a facility in Spokane Washington. The client is experiencing a Harassment challenge. In conducting research for the client, I saw that sexual orientation is included in non-discrimination verbiage.

If anyone from the state of Washington has additional information to forward on regarding how state law is different from federal law on this subject, I would greatly appreciate it.
