Workers Comp on Temp?

If we have a temp working for us and he is hurt on the job (and we are not able to accomodate his restrictions) - do we have to report it on our OSHA log (lost time) or does the Temp Agency report it? (Company is in CA).

It is recordable on your log per Fed OSHA guidelines. I'm not sure about CA, but I can't imagine it would be different. The good news is you don't pay the comp.
